2. AAJ HEADQUARTERS UPDATE
AAJ hosted the lectures for World Alzheimer’s Day in Kyoto and Tokyo. In addition, 44 branches held various outreaches such as signature-collecting campaigns, memory walks and lectures in 96 places, and 1800 people participated including kids, the
mayors and PWDs.

We published a book titled “Live together!” this month. The book consists of 52 short stories of tough experiences of their caregiving written by AAJ members. Each story is a powerful message to cheer struggling family caregivers. I am very proud of the book and thank the members who wrote and sent those precious stories.
