* “Kill—–“the compulsion had flitted through my mind over and over. But I didn’t.

The reason why I didn’t is that I wanted to cherish myself, my husband and my children.

Now I keep in mind the words “Don’t push myself,” “Don’t bear the burden,” and “relax.”  (75 year old woman)

*Whenever I scoured the town for my wandering mother, I wish she had gone forever or had been crushed in a car accident. The two of us languish because of her dementia.

7. PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Generally speaking, there are three types of social security systems: high social security benefits by high national burden; low social security benefits by low national burden; and moderate social security benefits by moderate national burden.

Is it true? I think there is one more way- full social security benefits by a well deserved burden for each person. Though it is so hard to be realized, we should seek the fourth way. Let’s think about it together!

Take heart and take care till next month!!
