AAJ headquarters update<\/p>\n<p>*The agenda of the upcoming Annual General Meeting:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Proposal for the policy of adequate social services at a just expense for each person<\/p>\n<p>(2) Promotion of the leaflet \u201cLive-Together-Message\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(3) Re-election of the board members<\/p>\n<p>(4) Plans of events for AAJ 30-year anniversary<\/p>\n<p>* AAJ started a survey on the influence on PWDs by the revision of the certification<\/p>\n<p>method of long \u2013term care. Questionnaires have been sent to all members and have been<\/p>\n<p>gathered by fax and mail. The result will be reported to the council of the Ministry of<\/p>\n<p>Health, Labor and Welfare.<\/p>\n<p>*K. Takami, the president of AAJ, and the delegation participated in ADI conference in<\/p>\n<p>Singapore from March 25<sup>th <\/sup>to 28<sup>th<\/sup>. President Takami made a speech entitled \u201cDementia<\/p>\n<p>Care of Japan Now\u201d and attended several meetings and workshops.
