President\u2019s Message<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The revision of the certification standard for long-term care that will be enforced from April is absolutely unreasonable to assess each person\u2019s care needs.<\/p>\n<p>AAJ and other related organizations such as medical and welfare institutions lodged complaints against the revision to The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Consequently, the MHLW partly changed the standards. But it is not enough.
